Our goal is to always be transparent and to explain in our privacy policy, in the clearest way possible, what personal information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it.

All the personal information we have access to will be collected, processed and protected consistent with applicable data protection laws, including where applicable the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA“), and this privacy policy.

We never sell your personal information to any third party.  However, we do use some of the personal information that you provide when you access and use our website and any related tools and applications (the “Website”) for our own internal purposes, especially to help us manage our relationship with you and to improve our services, and we may share personal information with companies and individuals who provide services to us, all as described in this privacy policy.

We also participate in data co-ops, where we may share contact and statistical information about you to allow affiliates and fellow participants in those co-ops to offer their services to you.

If you browse our website, we use Google Analytics to understand and improve the quality and relevance of the content on our Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information).

Six Nines IT provides a broad range of services to assist our clients to migrate their workload to the cloud and to optimize their use of Public Cloud Services, including engineering services, architectural services, management, configuration, security, and support of the consumption of Public Cloud Services.  The Website serves as a source of information for individuals who wish to know more about our services.

Our collection and use of personal information

When we use the term “personal information” in this privacy policy, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to an individual. It does not include aggregated or de-identified information that is maintained in a form that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to an individual (“Anonymized Information”).  You agree that Anonymized Information belongs to us and that we may use Anonymized Data for any legal purpose, subject to any provisions in our contracts with clients.

Region specific disclosures

We may choose or be required by law to provide different or additional disclosures relating to the processing of personal information about residents of certain countries, regions or states. Please refer below for disclosures that may be applicable to you:

California Residents

California has also adopted the CCPA, which took effect at the beginning of 2020 and the CPRA, parts of which took effect on January 1, 2022.  We comply with the requirements of the CCPA and CPRA to the extent they apply to us. You have the right to request that we disclose the categories of the personal information about you that we have collected, used, disclosed, shared, and/or sold during the last 12 months.  That information is disclosed above.  You also have the right to request the specific items of personal information about you that we have collected, used, disclosed, and/or sold during the 12 months prior to your request.

Further, you have the right to: (1) request correction of your personal information; (2) opt out of our use of or access information about our use, or lack thereof, of automated decision making technology; (3) restrict our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (as defined in the CPRA); (4) request portability of your personal information

  • fix our system in the case of a bug;

We do not sell your personal information directly, but we participate in data co-ops and similar arrangements, in which we may share your personal information with third parties who may use it to contact you to offer you their goods or services.
